The goal of the Hotel Slovan restaurant is to fulfill expectations of the finest food connoisseurs. Our chief cooks cook in the spirit of the hotel philosophy and try to create gastronomic experience of traditional taste with a modern face. Longtime experiences on the field of gastronomy are supported by constant keen to improve and find the best of the newest trends. The favorite learning center of our chief cooks is the Prague Culinary Institute.
